Alma Vista wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built from lived experience — from the inside of organizations doing difficult, meaningful work, where the gap between vision and execution is felt every single day.

As founders and directors, we built in parallel worlds: one leading executive strategy and operations within a rapidly growing healthcare organization, the other working on the clinical front lines supporting individuals and families through behavioral health. Though our roles were different, the challenges were universal — vision without infrastructure, growth without steady systems, mission-driven work carried without enough support.

We realized something simple: the organizations doing the most important work often have the least support. And the people leading them — brilliant, mission-driven, deeply committed — are frequently carrying far more than they should have to carry alone.

Steven brings extensive executive leadership experience, including serving as CEO of a rapidly scaling behavioral health organization. He has led large teams through periods of significant growth, operational transformation, and strategic change — developing a deep expertise in the systems, structures, and leadership dynamics that determine whether organizations thrive or stall.

At Alma Vista, Steven leads work in strategic planning, operations management, HR consulting, and executive leadership development. He is committed to building organizations that are not only operationally excellent, but genuinely good places to work — where people feel supported, valued, and aligned with a shared mission.

Moriah comes to Alma Vista from the clinical front lines of behavioral health, where she spent years supporting individuals and families navigating some of life's most difficult moments. Her experience gives her an intimate understanding of the human side of this work — the resilience it requires, the compassion it demands, and the toll it can take on the people delivering it.

At Alma Vista, Moriah brings her clinical insight to the consulting room — ensuring that every strategy, system, and recommendation stays grounded in the realities of the people doing the work. She leads engagement in leadership coaching, HR consulting, and organizational wellbeing — with a steady belief that how organizations treat their people is inseparable from the quality of care those people provide.
